The paper investigates the question on the possibility of reversals within a low-mode model of αΩ-dynamo. The MHD-system parameters were defined when reversals of the magnetic field during the relative constancy of velocity fields of a viscous conducting magnetized fluid are possible. The results of numerical solution of the system with the assumption of various types of dependences of α-effect amplitude on radius are discussed.
